Actively hiring experienced Dish Attendants with a passion for hospitality and the drive to grow within the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high volume dish room and have worked in the food and beverage industry previously.

Job Duties

• Organize and wash all kitchen equipment
• Wash all flatware, glassware and dishes from banquet events
• Help manage inventory levels for BOH / FOH
• Clean and sanitize work area at end of shift
• Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume catering or banquet setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and develop new techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks requiring attention to detail, accuracy, quality, timeliness and expediency.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and effectively.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment such as cookware, cookers, ovens, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
