ABOUT THE ROLE
As a GTM Systems Architect – Salesforce Expert, you’ll own the intersection of client strategy and Salesforce execution. This is a client-facing role that demands grit, precision, and curiosity.
You’ll work directly with executives—CROs, CMOs, and CEOs—designing systems that align go-to-market strategy with operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings technical Salesforce expertise with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences.
This is a long-term W-2 opportunity (not a side hustle) with flexible hours and high autonomy. You’ll start at 20–30 hours per week, with potential to scale up to 40 hours as the role grows.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design & Build: Translate GTM strategies into scalable Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and related tools—implementing Flows, integrations, and automations that drive clarity and efficiency.
- Client Partnership: Lead client-facing conversations with C-level executives and RevOps teams, delivering actionable insights, technical recommendations, and thoughtful pushback when needed.
- Optimize & Own: Continuously refine systems, streamline processes, and ensure high-quality data, reporting, and alignment across client tech stacks like SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, and Marketo.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Within 15 Days
- Build strong working relationships with Domestique teammates and assigned clients
- Complete onboarding to learn Domestique’s processes, tech stack, and culture
- Begin supporting initial Salesforce audits and process documentation
Within 30 Days
- Lead client-facing calls with confidence, providing clear recommendations and solutions
- Deliver operational improvements in Salesforce configuration, integrations, and reporting
- Provide measurable progress toward cleaner data, improved workflows, or clearer reporting
Within 45 Days
- Own client engagements as the lead SFDC Architect and trusted advisor
- Deliver results-based improvements that clients can measure (faster velocity, improved pipeline hygiene, better alignment across tools)
- Show consistent ability to simplify complexity, inspire confidence, and add tangible business value
NEED TO HAVE
- 3–5 years of Salesforce-focused experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations
- SFDC certifications
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Sales/Service Cloud, and Flows
- Strong client-facing communication skills, especially with executives
- A blend of technical, strategic, and process-oriented thinking—not an IT admin mindset
- Curious and committed to ongoing learning, especially around AI tools and emerging technologies that shape the future of work
- Self-starter with grit, ownership, and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Based in the U.S. and available during standard business hours; CO residents strongly preferred
- A genuine sense of humor and humility that clients and teammates enjoy
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Marketo, Clari, or ZoomInfo
- Experience working with multiple clients in a fractional or agency setting
- Strong process documentation and workflow mapping skills
- Ease and confidence facilitating strategic conversations at the C-level
