What you’ll be doing
Designing and owning scalable Salesforce solutions that integrate with enterprise Java applications
Leading the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce features, workflows, and enhancements
Building and maintaining Java-based services and middleware for seamless integration with Salesforce
Developing customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into solution designs
Driving best practices and architectural governance across the Salesforce and Java development teams
Mentoring developers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agile delivery
Ensuring CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and DevOps strategies are effectively implemented and optimized
What you have
5 or more years in software architecture roles
2 or more years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
4 or more years of Java development experience (Java SE/EE + Spring Framework)
Demonstrated experience developing REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL
Experience with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and architectural decisions
What will make you stand out
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or Administrator
Experience using Salesforce DX and modern DevOps toolchains
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architectures
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
