Azbil North America Inc., a growing distribution and manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a IT Manager with the potential of developing into the role Director of IT.

• This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire Information Technology department and ensuring that our company’s technology is meeting its’ goals and objectives efficiently and reliably. This position will work closely with senior leadership, users, and the technology team to help determine the best way possible to meet the technology needs of the company.
• This position will be responsible for the Steering Team which will manage the continues improvement of systems software and related process. This would include the hands on development and expansion our systems – Acumatica, Salesforce, CPQ, Share Point usage as well as any AI systems and process that will help us maintain our competitive advantage.
• This position will work closely with senior leadership, and users, to help determine the best way possible to meet the our Future Technology / ERP / Reporting needs of the company.

Azbil North America Inc. is a local subsidiary of our parent company located and operating out of Japan. The candidate will need to operate at a fast pace, while maintaining high level of integrity and have ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with the Japan team.

• Speaking Japanese would be optimal however not a requirement.
