We’re seeking a Senior Digital Experience Designer for a fully remote, contract opportunity with a leading healthcare company—a perfect role for creative thinkers who thrive on innovation and impactful design.

Senior Digital Experience Designer Responsibilities:

• Align team members around a shared vision for the ideal digital experience and foster team buy-in.

• Lead end-to-end design work—from early concept through to successful market launch.

• Clearly communicate user needs and demonstrate how design solutions address those needs.

• Apply strong UI design principles, including visual hierarchy, spacing, and typography.

• Ensure accessibility compliance by applying WCAG 2.1 AA standards and partnering with Accessibility teams.

• Leverage customer research—both qualitative and quantitative—to inform and support design decisions.

Senior Digital Experience Designer Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or blended UX/UI design roles.

• Expert-level skills in Figma; comfortable collaborating in Miro.

• Track record of driving design projects from ideation to final hand-off.

• A strong, well-documented portfolio featuring consumer-facing digital products (mobile web, desktop, native apps).

• At least 1 year leading iterative discovery and design processes.

• Deep expertise in working with and contributing to enterprise-level design systems.

• Hands-on experience designing for both iOS and Android native applications.

• Highly adaptable with a growth mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.
