The Role:
We’re looking for someone who knows MS SQL inside and out — but also doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to help with day-to-day IT needs. One moment you might be writing a stored procedure to help track production data, the next you’re troubleshooting a user login or helping a supervisor pull a report.

You’ll be part of a small but mighty team that keeps our operations and management connected, informed, and moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain SQL databases, views, and reports that help operations and leadership make good decisions.
• Keep an eye on performance — tune queries and fix slowdowns before they become headaches.
• Handle daily IT support: user accounts, hardware, small network issues, and troubleshooting.
• Work directly with our operators, supervisors, and managers — your solutions will make their days smoother.
• Document fixes and share your knowledge so we all get better over time.
• Pitch in on system upgrades and improvements as we grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• You know MS SQL well — writing queries, stored procedures, tuning databases.
• You’re comfortable jumping between SQL work and everyday IT help desk tasks.
• You like solving real-world problems and helping people who aren’t IT experts.
• You’re comfortable on the production floor and understand that operations come first.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
