We’re hiring Tech Support professionals to support a high-traffic online betting platform during a peak event period. This is fast-paced, time-sensitive work where accuracy and calm execution are critical.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support to online users
• Troubleshoot login, payment, and site functionality issues
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Escalate issues per established protocols
• Document interactions accurately

Requirements

• Tech support, help desk, or customer support experience preferred
• Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
• Clear, professional communication
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable availability during peak hours
