Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service Delivery Controls Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Navaera’s IT service delivery frameworks, including ITIL 4 and Capability Maturity Model (CMMi).
In this role, you will:
· Establish and embed quality standards across product and project delivery.
· Strengthen testing and compliance processes in line with international standards.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness and regulatory alignment.
Your success will be measured by improved product quality, enhanced testing capabilities, and increased confidence in Navaera’s ability to deliver securely and reliably in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Process Development and Quality Standards
· Design and implement scalable testing and quality engineering processes aligned with ITIL 4, CMMi Level 4, ISO 29119, and ISO 9001.
· Define standards and governance frameworks that improve software quality and reduce risk throughout the agile software development lifecycle (SDLC).
· Continuously refine policies and procedures to align with Navaera’s risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
· Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to embed quality practices and provide hands-on coaching.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance Integration
· Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve testing, automation, and compliance methods.
· Develop change management plans to ensure the successful adoption of new practices across delivery teams.
· Partner with technical, operational, and external testing teams to align compliance with business workflows.
· Promote a culture of process excellence, transparency, and accountability across the company.
Audit and Certification Readiness
· Oversee gap assessments, remediation plans, and evidence collection for certifications.
· Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and certification bodies.
· Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and maintain continuous compliance readiness.
· Establish monitoring, reporting, and control processes to track compliance health.
Metrics, Reporting, and Risk Management
· Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to measure testing and compliance effectiveness.
· Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and control reviews.
· Provide consistent, data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strengthen risk mitigation strategies.
Training and Culture
· Develop and deliver compliance and quality training for staff at all levels.
· Foster adoption of modern testing practices, including automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and continuous testing.
· Champion Navaera’s vision for quality and compliance, ensuring it is communicated and embraced company-wide.
Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
· 7+ years of experience in compliance, quality management, or process improvement in technology or financial services.
· Proven track record of implementing and improving structured testing frameworks (e.g., ISO 29119, CMMi, ISO 9001).
· Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing controls (quality gates, test coverage, defect leakage), and audit frameworks.
· Hands-on experience with agile/lean methodologies, DevOps, test automation, and CI/CD.
· Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) for documentation and compliance tracking.
· Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across teams.
· High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications Preferred:
· Background in technology project management or process automation.
· Experience preparing organizations for external audits and certification renewals.
· Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change around quality and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
