Consultative Solutions Architect

What you get to do:
Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to map business goals to scalable, integrated cloud architectures
Design cloud-native and hybrid integration patterns across enterprise ecosystems, with a focus on Oracle SaaS (NetSuite, Fusion ERP/HCM, Simphony)
Architect secure, scalable solutions using modern APIs (REST, GraphQL), events, and AWS-native services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift)
Create technical artifacts such as sequence diagrams, data models, security models, and architecture blueprints
Define guardrails for security, performance, compliance, and cost optimization (SOC-2, PCI, GDPR)
Guide delivery teams, conduct technical reviews and POCs, and mentor junior architects to help mature the internal solution architecture practice
What you need to succeed:
10+ years designing and delivering multi-tier enterprise solutions, including 5+ years in a formal Solution or Enterprise Architect role
Proven experience in Oracle SaaS integration, including SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, Fusion SOA/OIC, Simphony APIs, and ERP/HCM domains
Prior consulting experience with a strong client-facing mindset
Ability to produce architectural deliverables, from sequence flows to data/security models
Demonstrated experience establishing or evolving a solution architecture function
Strong communication, over-communication encouraged
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
Ability to be on-site in one of the preferred office locations as needed
Bonus Perks:
AWS or OCI certifications a plus
Experience integrating POS or hospitality platforms beyond Simphony (e.g., Opera Cloud, Micros 3700) is a bonus
Exposure to event-driven and micro-frontend architectures, DevSecOps pipelines, or data mesh principles
