Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software/Application Developer (Engineer, Computer III) with expertise in designing and implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient software applications that support critical IT operations and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions in alignment with organizational needs.

· Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Build, test, and deploy software applications that enhance IT service management processes.

· Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.

· Maintain and update existing ITSM applications to improve functionality and performance.

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITSM software issues.

· Document system configurations, workflows, and development processes.

· Work within the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to deliver timely, quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited institution.

Experience:

· Ten (10) years of experience designing and implementing ITSM solutions.

· Strong knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell).

· Proven ability to gather requirements, develop technical designs, and deliver effective software solutions.

· Familiarity with integration techniques and scripting languages relevant to ITSM tools.

Certification Requirement:
Candidate must possess one of the following active baseline certifications:

· CASP+ CE

· CCNP Security

· CISA

· CISSP (or Associate)

· GCED

· GCIH

· CCSP
