Position Overview

We are seeking a Graphic & Web Designer to join our in-house team in Denver. This role supports digital marketing initiatives, website and CMS development, and custom software projects through thoughtful user experience design, visual execution, and AI-enhanced workflows.

The ideal candidate blends strong UX fundamentals with modern digital design capabilities. You are comfortable working directly with clients, collaborating cross-functionally with developers and marketers, and creating both product experiences and outward-facing digital assets.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on design execution across web, marketing, and product environments.

This is an in-person role in our Denver, CO office.

Core Responsibilities

UX & Product Design

• Design intuitive user experiences for websites, digital products, and custom software platforms
• Conduct usability evaluations and experience audits to identify friction points and opportunities
• Translate business goals into user-centered solutions that improve engagement and usability
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure UX integrity through implementation

AI-Enhanced Design & Workflow

• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and content creation
• Integrate AI into design workflows to improve efficiency and innovation
• Stay current with emerging AI-driven design practices and tools

Digital Marketing & Outbound Assets

• Design landing pages, campaign assets, and conversion-focused digital experiences
• Create outbound digital assets for marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing teams on CRO, messaging alignment, and performance-focused design

Visual Design & Multimedia Creation

• Create image and video assets to support campaigns, product storytelling, and digital experiences
• Produce short-form video and motion-based digital assets for web and outbound initiatives
• Maintain visual consistency across brand touchpoints

CMS & Web Collaboration

• Design for and work within CMS environments (Umbraco, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar)
• Collaborate closely with web development teams on scalable design systems and content structure

Brand & Client Collaboration

• Support development and application of brand systems and digital design standards
• Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, and presentations
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI, or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and digital execution
• Experience designing for websites, SaaS platforms, or marketing funnels
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design tools
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, or comparable creative software
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in design or workflow processes
• Experience with CMS platforms
• Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing environments
• Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Curiosity for emerging technologies, AI advancements, and evolving design techniques
• Adaptable, agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
