Job Title: Senior Google Cloud Customer Experience Solutions (CES) Architect
Location: Remote
Experience: 15+ years
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with deep, end-to-end expertise in Google Cloud Customer Experience Solutions (CES). The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural mindset (not just delivery-focused) and be capable of addressing any technical or strategic question related to CES services, components, and integrations. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of how each CES component works, as well as their protocol-level integrations with CCaaS and CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and strategy for enterprise-scale Google CES implementations.
- Provide in-depth technical expertise on all CES components and services including (but not limited to) Dialogflow, Agent Assist, Contact Center AI Insights, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and related integrations.
- Define and document architectural blueprints, integration patterns, and best practices for protocol-level connections between CES, CCaaS, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure CES solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex architectural and integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Stay ahead of emerging Google Cloud and CES technologies, advising clients on innovation opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a Solution/Enterprise Architect in the Contact Center or CX technology space.
- Proven expertise in Google CES architecture, covering all services and components in detail.
- Hands-on experience designing integrations between CES, CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Deep understanding of protocols (REST, gRPC, WebSockets, SIP, etc.) used in CES and contact center integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Google Cloud Professional certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Collaboration Engineer) are highly preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML-powered contact center enhancements.
- Prior involvement in multi-region, high-availability architecture design for contact centers.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in CES implementations.
