About the Role:

GruntWorx is hiring Data Validation Specialists for the 2026 tax season. You’ll help ensure accuracy and quality by validating information on tax forms using a dual‑monitor computer setup. We offer a flexible, low‑stress, quiet work environment with options to work days, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities:

• Validate information on tax forms using a dual‑monitor computer setup
• Accurately check and proofread tax documents for errors
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while working independently
• Follow procedures and guidelines to ensure data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Computer proficiency; able to navigate basic software and type efficiently
• Prior data entry experience helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Must be able to commit to a 40-hour paid training program
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on goals
