Site Safety Coordinators & Managers – Immediate Openings

We are seeking energetic, detail‑oriented Site Safety Coordinators and Managers to join our construction teams. You will play a key role in enforcing safety protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site‑specific safety plans aligned with OSHA requirements.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments; recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and local regulations.
• Lead safety trainings on hazard recognition, safe practices.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and coordinate documentation.
• Work with project managers to integrate risk‑management strategies into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site safety and strong knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Skills in risk management, compliance, and hazard mitigation.
• Background in construction management and on‑site operations.
• Proficiency with safety tracking/reporting software.
• Strong communication skills for training, inspections, and regulatory coordination.
