Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production AI/ML models
• Build supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning solutions
• Develop and optimize neural networks (CNNs, RNNs)
• Implement solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn
• Perform data acquisition, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for large-scale datasets
• Process and analyze large data using Apache Spark and OpenSearch
• Develop NLP solutions using NLTK, spaCy, and Hugging Face Transformers
• Deploy and manage models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Support model lifecycle management and MLOps best practices

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen (required)
• 7–10 years of professional experience as an AI/ML Developer or similar role
• Strong mastery of Python
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Experience building neural networks (CNNs, RNNs)
• Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience working with Apache Spark and OpenSearch
• Experience deploying ML models in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale, production AI/ML platforms
• Strong background in NLP solutions using spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face
• Experience implementing MLOps and automated model lifecycle workflows
• Experience handling large-scale data processing pipelines

Compliance / Eligibility (Read Carefully)

• Must be eligible to obtain security clearance.
• Must work onsite in Herndon, VA at least 4 days per week (some weeks 5 days)
• Must be willing to convert to full-time employment in October 2026
• Candidates with less than 7 years of AI/ML experience will not be considered
