The Role: Your Battle

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Founding Engineer to join our team. As an early member of our startup, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and launching our Minimum Marketable Product (MMP) and shaping our technical vision. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an AI-first company and have a direct impact on our success.

What You'll Be Building

• Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines to collect, clean, and process legal documents from various sources.
• Support the fine-tuning of open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) on our proprietary, hyper-local legal datasets.
• Work on the implementation of our Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system to ensure AI outputs are accurate and citable.
• Collaborate with the product team to design and build features that solve real-world problems for real estate professionals.
• Contribute to MLOps best practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
• Full-Stack Integration: Build and maintain end-to-end solutions, connecting AI back-ends with front-end interfaces using modern frameworks like FastAPI, Django REST, and React, ensuring seamless functionality across the stack.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with foundational AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Experience or a strong interest in working with LLMs, fine-tuning, or RAG systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building innovative products.
• Experience with data engineering, web scraping, or MLOps is a plus.
