Debt Consultant (Sales Rep) – Remote | $120K–$250K+ Potential

We are hiring only experienced, proven debt consultants to represent our debt brand Done With Debt.
If you are not already successful in this industry, this role is not for you.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year debt relief sales experience a must
• Documented proof of past earnings ($6,000+/month) via verifiable paystubs
• Track record of closing high-ticket debt relief clients
• True sales professional mindset — motivated, disciplined, competitive
• Ability to thrive with minimal daily management

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $18/hr + unlimited overtime
• Commission: Average rep earns 1.25% | Top reps make up to 2%
• Annual Earnings: Average rep = $120K | Top reps = $200K+
• Full Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
• Company pays up to $600/month toward medical coverage
