Rick Case Automotive has an opening for a Systems Administrator!

The Systems Administrator requires basic networking skills, basic knowledge of a domain environment, as well as strong communications, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining the organizations hardware and software. The Systems Administrator will also maintain multiple environments, multiple versions of applications, and assist with the integration of new technologies into the organization’s existing infrastructure.

• Provide technical assistance to users by phone, ticketing software, and in person
• Setup workstations, phones, accounts, software, etc. for new staff members
• Maintain properly functioning computers, phones, tablets, and other equipment
• Maintain servers, routers, switches, LAN, and AD environments
• Repair computers including replacing power supplies, HDDs/SSDs, graphics cards, RAM, etc.
• Document resolution to issues in ticketing software
• Communicate to users in a concise, easy to understand manner
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
• CDK Drive knowledge is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
