Job Description

• Responsible for being the primary point of contact for IT issues
• Will maintain and resolve issues related to hardware/software and services
• Will have 60-80 users and two difference facilities
• Will integrate facilities together in terms of Software
• Will handle CCTV and phone upgrades

Key Requirements

• Microsoft and cloud based systems experience
• Hands on management experience
• Helpdesk experience
• Firewall experience
