- Apply rigorous quality assurance to data editing, coding, and analytic processes.
- Conduct and guide analysis of complex survey and administrative data, including the application of weights and variance estimation.
- Design and produce data visualizations, summary statistics, and publication-quality tables.
- Review and validate technical work products, including scripts and statistical models, prepared by team members.
- Document methodologies and contribute to the authorship of methods and results sections of technical deliverables.
- Explore the integration of alternative data sources (e.g., big data) into survey-based research.
- Support project management through agile task tracking, documentation, and client presentations.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, contributing to the division’s strategic growth and knowledge base.

· U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a 6C Public Trust clearance.

· Demonstrated expertise in survey data analysis, including variance estimation and weighting methodologies.
· Extensive experience using SAS, including SURVEY procedures; working knowledge of R (survey package).
· Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior analysts while managing competing priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining statistical findings to non-statisticians.
· Strong collaboration skills and a track record of effective teamwork within interdisciplinary settings.
· Initiative and judgment suited to taking on increasing levels of responsibility in technical and strategic roles.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, Certifications:
