Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned premises regularly to ensure safety and security
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity
• Enforce all client-specific rules, policies, and procedures
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, or any on-site “riff raff”
• Report all incidents, accidents, or unusual activity through written and/or verbal reports
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency personnel when needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
• Must pass a background check
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Reliable transportation preferred
