We're a dynamic design firm in Knoxville, TN looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer who's eager to work on diverse projects and develop their skills across multiple design disciplines.
About the Role
You'll work on a wide range of exciting projects including mobile app design, web development, branding, and client presentations. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects from concept through final delivery. This role offers significant growth potential as you learn from our Creative Director and expand your skill set.
What You'll Be Doing

• Creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for mobile apps and web platforms

• Developing brand identity materials and marketing collateral

• Collaborating with the Creative Director on client projects

• Contributing to design system development and documentation

• Participating in client presentations and design reviews

• Supporting the team across various project types and industries

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and creative problem-solving

• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate in a team environment

• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• A passion for creating user-centered, thoughtful design solutions

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing design work (UI/UX experience is a plus)

• Basic understanding of design principles and best practices

• This is an on-site position in Knoxville, TN

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
