Summary

We are seeking a WARSIM Database Manager to join our dynamic team at Riverstone Solutions, Inc. In this pivotal role, you will maintain the WARSIM/JCATS database in support of training events for Officers, Warrant Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, and soldiers training at the Mission Simulations Center (MSC), Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE).

Responsibilities

• Builds, maintains, and updates the WARSIM/JCATS database in support of exercises. Provides WARSIM/JCATS subject matter expertise for simulated training events conducted by Officers, Warrant Officers, NCOs, and Soldiers.
• Serve as a trained and qualified Mission Command System operator in the following systems: Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Command Post of the Future (CPoF), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD), and Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI).
• Serve as a trained and qualified Simulation System operator in the following systems: WARSIM/Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS), FireSim XXI, MetaVR / MUSE, and Simulation to C4I Interchange Module for Plans, Logistics & Exercises (SIMPLE). Also, supports the fielding and training of any new simulations fielded by Program Executive Office – Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO-STRI) and/or the National Simulations Center (NSC) into MSC operations.
• Provide technical training and guidance in the use of the listed Mission Command or Simulation Systems in a tactical environment as directed by the Chief of the MSC.

Requirements

• Three years’ experience constructing scenarios, maintaining, operating, and maintaining databases for applicable systems, JLCCTC-ERF/ JLCCTC Ver. 8.1 simulations (IAW paragraph 2.1.1, positions 3 (WARSIM/DXTRS), 4 (Fires ExCIS/ Fire Sim XXI), 5 (AFATDS), and 6 (META-VR/MUSE).

Pay: $55,793.13 - $65,353.01 per year
