eNGINE is hiring a Software Engineer who’s excited to build modern, scalable products in a fast-moving environment. If you’re passionate about clean architecture, automation-first development, and creating impactful technology in the healthcare space, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate within a small, cross-functional team to influence product design and system architecture
• Build software for a next-generation healthcare technology platform using a cloud-based microservices model
• Lead development projects and mentor other engineers
• Create scalable, automation-focused solutions that support rapid growth
• Write reliable, well-tested code
• Follow secure coding best practices for sensitive healthcare data
• Develop clean, intuitive front-end interfaces using modern React

Tech Stack:

• Python / Flask
• React
• SQL
• Cloud + containerization environment
• Microservices architecture

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience building software in a modern development environment
• Experience working in cloud environments with container strategies
• Proficiency in either: Python + SQL or React
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with microservices is required

Bonus Points:

• Healthcare technology experience
• Experience with both Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Background scaling applications in production
