We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team for the night shift. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes and kitchenware are properly washed, sanitized, and ready for service. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to kitchen standards.
• Take out trash and remove waste to maintain cleanliness in work areas.
• Sweep and mop floors, ensuring kitchen areas are clean and safe.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Set up and break down dishwashing machines and other equipment as needed.
• Organize and clean glassware, dishes, and utensils in preparation for the next service.
• Assist in the maintenance of kitchen sanitation standards, adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Lock up and secure the premises at the end of the shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for kitchen staff and guests.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and health regulations.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
