Responsibilities

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing the operational processes, including help desk and training, of the proposed solution.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience training and leading the client operations team in knowledge transfer and management of business rules.
• A minimum of two (2) years of knowledge and experience with public health in the public sector.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience of leading geographically distributed teams.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing IT operations for a large IT system valued at $5,000,000 or more.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience as the Solution Operations Lead implementing or maintaining a public sector system.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
