Warehouse Associate/Fulfillment Associate

If you are a self-motivated and detail-orientated individual, Contract Furnishings Mart (CFM) will provide the tools and training you need to achieve outstanding success as our next Warehouse team member/Order fulfillment specialist. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in serving our customers and motivated to join a team. In this role, you will greet customers, receive materials, pull orders for walk-in customers, operate forklifts, stage materials and load products into vehicles. This position will be yours to own and operate as it is a new store for us. We are looking for someone to take ownership with no need to be micro-managed.

What You’ll Do:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining a clean, organized and efficient warehouse
• Fulfill orders accurately and timely
• Warehouse maintenance of equipment, cleanliness and organization
• Receiving of all types of flooring materials – carpet, hardwood, LVT, tile
• Pulling and staging orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Shipping of flooring materials
• Operating forklift safely and responsibly
• Inventory management ensuring accuracy and verification
• Performing unloading, loading and lifting of material
• Flooring experience preferred but not required

Salary range: $20.50 - $23.50 per hour depending on experience to start
