IT Professional Services Manager
Integrity Technology Solutions
Full-time
Bloomington, IL
Job description
Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Network Services Manager to lead service delivery and network support operations across our global client portfolio. This role owns the coordination, tracking, and operational execution required to deliver reliable, on-time, and high-quality network deployments.
This role owns execution across network services. It keeps the trains running on time, enforces process, drives clarity across teams, and serves as the operational face of service delivery to our clients.
The Network Services Manager is responsible for keeping projects, internet circuit delivery, and network support workflows running with discipline and visibility. This is a client-facing operational leadership role focused on execution excellence, not deep technical architecture or infrastructure strategy.
This leader will ensure that deployments launch on schedule, project stakeholders are aligned, engineers are properly allocated, and network support processes are consistently followed. They will drive operational clarity and accountability while partnering closely with technical leadership for architectural and escalation matters.
This is an in-person role in Charleston, SC, with opportunity for occasional remote work after onboarding.
Key duties:
- Efficiently manage the daily operations of network service delivery and support coordination.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client deployments.
- Lead scheduling and coordination of network engineering and field resources.
- Oversee process compliance and structured escalation within network support operations.
- Own the full deployment lifecycle from signed project through launch and handoff.
- Serve as the primary client liaison for deployment progress, readiness, and milestone execution.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate structured project plans across active deployments.
- Track and coordinate internet circuit ordering, delivery, testing, and activation.
- Coordinate with carriers, aggregators, landlords, general contractors, and low voltage trades to ensure infrastructure readiness.
- Track MDF/IDF readiness and physical site dependencies to prevent deployment delays.
- Maintain accurate, real-time service delivery dashboards and status reporting.
- Coordinate scheduling of network engineers and field resources across deployments and support priorities.
- Provide visibility into engineering capacity and workload distribution.
- Oversee network support queue health, SLA adherence, and ticket ownership clarity.
- Validate that defined support processes have been followed on escalated issues.
- Engage the technical leadership when escalation is required after process compliance has been confirmed.
- Identify delivery risks early and escalate appropriately to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement across service delivery workflows, playbooks, and coordination processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with software, operations, and executive leadership to ensure aligned execution.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery, managed services operations, telecom coordination, or similar technical environments.
- Direct experience managing internet circuit delivery and carrier coordination.
- Strong understanding of network deployment dependencies and construction coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and urgency.
- Experience coordinating technical teams and holding timelines accountable.
- Clear, organized communicator comfortable leading structured client calls.
- Process-driven mindset with strong documentation and reporting discipline.
- High personal accountability with strong follow-through.
