We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Chat Support Agent to join our growing remote support team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will provide real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform, helping resolve inquiries, issues, and guiding them through products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Document all interactions clearly and concisely
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
