We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to join our team and lead the deployment and management of our cloud-based systems.

Position Overview: As a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer at iAdeptive Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, deploying, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud technologies, automation, and DevOps practices will drive the scalability, reliability, and security of our systems. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will ensure efficient and streamlined processes for software deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Architecture: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deployment Automation: Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Infrastructure as Code: Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure consistent and repeatable infrastructure provisioning.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• System Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health, availability, and performance.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and compliance measures for cloud infrastructure.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
• Backup and Disaster Recovery: Establish backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of application code with infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience supporting the federal government, preferably with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
• Proven experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Chef.
• Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
