*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care services to patients in various healthcare settings. *Responsibilities* - Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently - Provide drug information and counseling to patients regarding their medications - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy - Monitor patient health and progress to ensure the effectiveness of their medication regimen - Perform medication therapy management and review for appropriateness - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards - Administer vaccines *Experience* - Pharmacy experience is preferred - Proficiency in medication administration and critical care pharmacy practice - Knowledge of utilization management and utilization review processes - Strong focus on patient service and patient care - Familiarity with aseptic technique and acute pain management practices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 25 per week
