Since then, we have built a robust operational network, including a central kitchen and large-scale food processing facility, and now proudly operate more than 25 restaurants across North America.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Development & Construction Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in restaurant expansion and construction management within a chain brand environment. A strong understanding of North American market trends, regulations, and commercial construction processes is preferred. The Restaurant Development & Construction Officer will be responsible for overseeing new store development, construction implementation, and pre-opening project execution, ensuring compliance with brand standards and alignment with the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify and evaluate new restaurant locations based on market and financial analysis;
  • Lead lease negotiations and coordinate contract execution;
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors on store design and construction;
  • Review drawings and ensure compliance with brand standards and local codes;
  • Oversee construction progress, quality, safety, and budget control;
  • Manage permits, inspections, and occupancy approvals;
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely store opening and smooth handover to operations;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in restaurant, retail, or commercial development and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of lease negotiation and commercial real estate practices.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and controlling budgets.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
