Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representativeto join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional support, and driving sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be multilingual if possible, and have experience in call center environments or customer support settings. Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving issues efficiently
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and promote additional products or services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry and CRM systems
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
• Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and correspondence
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, call center roles, or sales is preferred
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively listen and respond to customer needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
• Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures is advantageous
• Outbound calling experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $44,267.02 - $100,000.00 per year
