Title of position: Help Desk/Web (application) Manager

Position type: Full-time

Annual Salary: $61,892-$ 64,367 *Dependent on experience. *

Location: Graham County I.T. Department

Description of responsibilities:

• End-User assistance.
• Point person with Windows Desktop related issues.
• Assist with Windows Servers.
• Monitors alert systems and take appropriate action as per guidelines.
• Ability to use various messages in an event log to affect repairs.
• Receive escalated service requests requiring an enhanced response.
• New User Onboarding.
• Network Services and Equipment Installation.
• LAN/WAN Installation and Maintenance Support.
• Network Hardware Support and Installation.
• Door card access Maintenance.
• Responsible for installing, creating and updating data for the County Web Site and Intranet Site, including information for multiple departments and web site functions.

· Monitors all departments social media.

· Provides training and technical support regarding computers and network resources, in response to the needs and inquiries of system users.

· Provides cybersecurity training for all county employees.

· Develop recommendations for hardware and software configurations for computer systems or purchases.

· Diagnoses computer software, or operator problems, recommending and performing remedial action.

· Maintains communication equipment needs through vendor.

· Responsible for I.T. Department payables.

· Sets up public auctions for all county departments.

· Compiles data for reports and studies.

Provides photography for website, various county functions, employees, and departments.

· Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and twenty semester hours of postsecondary course work in computer science, management information systems or a related field. One year of progressively responsible work experience in microcomputer hardware and software systems may be substituted for the twenty-semester hour requirement or any combination of education, training and experience may be accepted which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Possession of a valid Arizona driver’s license, with a history of safe driving and the ability to maintain a safe driving record.
