We’re a fast-growing group of companies in home improvement and real estate tech. We’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy, hands-on operations assistant who can be physically present and help bring our growth ideas to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with the founder on business strategy and execution
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot etc to automate tasks, create content, and improve efficiency
• Manage e-commerce updates, web content, SEO campaigns, and vendor communications
• Coordinate local suppliers, freelancers, and internal staff
• Help organize, structure, and drive projects forward — no hand-holding needed
• Take ideas and turn them into working action plans, tools, or processes

You Are:

• Highly organized, self-driven, and great at figuring things out
• Interested in technology and business growth
• Able to write clearly and communicate professionally
• Comfortable with AI tools, spreadsheets, and business workflows
• Willing to work in-person, side-by-side with the founder in our NJ office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
