Duties

• Conduct user research and gather requirements to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools such as InVision, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with product development teams in an Agile environment to ensure designs align with technical constraints and business goals.
• Create responsive web designs that are accessible across various devices, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and enhance usability.
• Implement interaction design principles and visual design standards to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, web accessibility, and digital design.

Skills

• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React Express, and Redux.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and mobile application design.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to create effective layouts and apply design patterns for optimal user experience.
• Strong analysis skills for interpreting data from web analytics tools to inform design decisions.
• Understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, usability testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $77,030.50 - $92,767.91 per year
