Good day,

We are looking for experienced AI/ML professional with expertise in cutting-edge architectures (Transformers, GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models), LLM fine-tuning, NLP pipelines, GenAI validation frameworks, and multi-agent reasoning systems using Lang Chain, AutoGen, or Crew AI.

Responsibilities: -

• Design and implement advanced AI architectures including Transformers, GANs, VAEs, and Diffusion Models for generative and predictive tasks.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering to optimize performance for specific use cases.
• Develop and maintain NLP pipelines, focusing on tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and integration with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval.
• Build robust validation frameworks for GenAI applications, defining and applying appropriate evaluation metrics and methodologies to ensure model reliability and accuracy.
• Create multi-step reasoning agents using frameworks like Lang Chain, AutoGen, or Crew AI to enable complex task execution and decision-making.
• Implement tool orchestration and memory management strategies to enhance agent capabilities and maintain context across interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable applications.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

• Good understanding of architectures like Transformers, GANs, VAEs, and Diffusion Models.
• Proficiency with LLMs (e.g., Open AI, GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and some experience with fine-tuning techniques preferred
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) -Tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanism, vector databases
• Expertise with building validation pipelines for AI and Gen AI application with good understanding of metrics and methods for evaluation
• Building multi-step reasoning agents using frameworks like Lang Chain, AutoGen, or Crew AI.
• Tool orchestration and memory management.
