Job description
We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support through real-time chat. A positive attitude, clear communication, and a customer-centric mindset are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat, responding to inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Accurately identify customer needs and provide appropriate information, guidance, or solutions.
- Document all customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and complaints, in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent, high-quality service experience.
- Stay up to date on products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a live chat environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
- Comfortable using chat software, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage several conversations simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.62 - $26.04 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
