Job Title: UX/UI Developer – Graphic Design Focus (Shopify Experience Required)

We’re currently looking for a talented UX/UI Developer with strong graphic design skills and experience working in Shopify to join our growing team.

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented UX/UI Developer to help bring our clients’ digital visions to life. This role blends front-end development with strong visual design skills and requires hands-on experience with Shopify. You’ll be responsible for designing engaging user interfaces, improving user experience across devices, and supporting branding efforts through digital design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for websites and online stores, primarily on the Shopify platform
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality work
• Design digital assets for web, email, and social media
• Optimize websites for usability, accessibility, and performance
• Maintain a user-first approach in all design and development tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of UX/UI design and front-end development experience
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
• Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Proven experience working in Shopify, including customizations and Liquid templating
• Strong graphic design skills and a sharp eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Ability to work on-site at our Nashville, IL office
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Shopify Plus or Shopify apps
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards
• Knowledge of basic SEO and website optimization techniques
• E-commerce or marketing agency experience
• Related degree within the field
