We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your role will involve creating data models, designing ETL processes, and developing dashboards and reports. You will also be responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity, as well as optimizing performance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, data modeling, and BI tools, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.   • Design and develop business intelligence solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
  • Create and maintain data models and data warehouses.
  • Design and implement ETL processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Optimize performance of BI solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends.
  • Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Document BI solutions and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues.
  • Train and mentor junior BI team members.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate BI solutions.
  • Develop and enforce BI best practices and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business intelligence or data warehousing.
  • Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
  • Experience with ETL tools and processes.
  • Strong data modeling skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with cloud-based BI solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

The annual salary range for this role is $153,440 - $230,160. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
