Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be a resource for the development and execution of continuous improvements to all aspects of the company's IT department. This role requires a strong understanding of various technologies and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Responsibilities
- Prioritize, schedule, and execute tasks. Escalating issues (where required) to the IT Director
- Perform IT Helpdesk as needed with ticket items
- Help develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other guides/documentation.
- Identify and learn software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
- Test implemented solutions to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.
- Maintain asset inventory of all hardware and software resources and equipment.
- Ability to safely lift and move objects weighing over 50 pounds
- Execute other assigned tasks as delegated by the IT Director
Qualifications
- • Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows 10/11, and macOS
- • Experience and working knowledge with some of all the following
- Microsoft Office 365 o Microsoft Entra o Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Intune o Microsoft Exchange
- AWS Services o FileMaker Pro o SQL Database
- Working knowledge of basic repair tools & software
- Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to retain information quickly & present new ideas
Education
- Associate’s degree in computer science or related field preferred but not required, and/or 4 years of Technical Support experience
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Comp TIA Network+ or other certifcations a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $94,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year
