Role: Salesforce Technical Architect (with FSL/FSC/Data Cloud/Expereince Cloud/CPQ/Revenue Cloud)
Location: Warren, NJ (Preferred EST Zone candidates)
- Primary skills will be Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Expert in Sales Cloud Service cloud Community Cloud LWC
- Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy
- Leads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specifications
- Provides Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to client’s ecosystems
- Provide technical governance and risk management during presales and delivery
- Develop creative solutions that solve our client’s business and technical problems
- Leads and facilitates project delivery to define business functional and technical requirements
- Capable of defining business processes using CRM SFDC best practices
- Develops data integration data migration and DevOps deployment strategies
- Provide coaching and establishing standards to development team during the implementation phase
- Preparation of Demonstration orchestrating Proof of Concepts and benefit realization
- Manages direct reports and mentors junior team members
- Engagement with client’s stakeholders to understand their needs provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships to be the trusted partner
- Perform solution effort sizing and define delivery plan
- Assess advocate for and approve external technologies such as Salesforce AppExchange packages for their suitability
- Engage in practice development initiatives and runs knowledge sharing forum
- Identify and develop employee skill matrix on technology industry and soft skills to cater for the pipeline demand
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to suggest trade off on solutions between OOTB and custom code
- Identify and work on the Account Mining activities to generate more revenue
- Hands on implementation knowledge of Salesforce Products and APIs
- This is a varied delivery leadership role with the following responsibilities
- Should be able to work on Salesforce Integrations with Third party tools
- Manufacturing Domain knowledge will be added advantage
- Should be able to define Salesforce solutions
- Conversant with compliance and regulatory norms governing the industry
- Experience with Agile Development Scrum Practice
- Review prepares the technical design document
- Participate in design discussions
- Perform Code walkthroughs and code reviews
- Experience writing user stories requirements test scripts and test cases
- Own the design of Salesforce and optionally other affiliated solutions for Sales Service and platform solutions
- Participate in testing in general and performs unit tests
- Quality Documentation including SOPs and Work Instructions preferred
- Contributes to Test scripts and Test cases for Manual and Automation
- Ability to quickly learn complex business processes across multiple business domains
- Strong technical aptitude Should have demonstrated success in applying critical thinking problem solving methodologies
- Ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve results Able to manage multiple priorities maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex and rapidly changing environment
- Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of SFDC including data model role hierarchy sharing and security model
- Technical Assistance to Team Drive Team to deliver as per defined Team productivity
- Supervise the configuration quality assurance testing and deployment of Salesforce
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with Salesforce SMEs
- Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
- Provide guidance on user story writing style
- Act as a release manager approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments Where appropriate this could include deploying changes review

Compensation range: $ 130,000.00 to 170,000.00 per year
