Job Summary
Creating a formal dining experience for seniors living in an assisted living community.

Daily responsibilities include dining room set-up, serving, re-set and daily menu tallying. Interact with seniors, have fun with the food service team and be a part of a family owned and operated organization that truly cares about you. Position has components of both working independently and with members of the Woodcrest team at different times during the shift.

Hours and Shifts: OFFERING OPTIONS....Either every Saturday 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 pm. and/or 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. a couple evenings per week.

Requirements: Individual must be comfortable being on their feet for periods of time, be organized, conscientious and able to keep a clean work space. Personality characteristics needed include ability to "go with the flow", flexibility/adaptability, problem solve on the spot, and possess the highest level of customer service.

Prior wait service experience not necessary, but non-negotiables include having a solid work ethic, being compassionate and working well with others. We are a health care facility therefore reliable transportation and ability to make it to work in bad weather is a must.
