Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts $13.50- $14.50

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and assembly equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management, material handling, and product packaging as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed.
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
