We’re searching for a Systems Administrator. Someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, supporting servers and cloud environments, and driving results through secure, reliable systems.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the technical backbone of our service team, supporting and securing servers, Microsoft 365 environments, and client networks. You’ll deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot systems, leveraging MSP tools like Huntress and NinjaOne RMM to keep our clients safe and productive.

Core Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Hyper-V Server and Active Directory environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, Intune, and hybrid setups.
• Implement and monitor MSP security solutions (Huntress, NinjaOne RMM).
• Document technical work and follow best practices for security and reliability.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client support.
• Networking skills with Meraki & Ubiquiti is a plus but not required.

Key Skills

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with servers, Microsoft 365, and MSP security tools.
• Clear, professional communication—written and verbal.
• High standards for documentation and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to learn new systems and stay current with technology trends.

Team & Reporting Structure

You’ll work closely with executive leadership and collaborate with a team of IT professionals, supporting clients and internal projects. This role requires a steady, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to technical excellence.
