We’re seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and secure cloud infrastructure in support of enterprise modernization efforts. You will architect scalable solutions, harden environments to federal standards, and integrate cloud systems with internal and external platforms while contributing to mission‑driven AI/ML projects.

This position is contingent upon contract award and requires U.S. citizenship to be eligible for a Public Trust. Direct hire only.

What You will Do

• Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure across Azure and/or AWS.
• Implement security hardening and compliance measures aligned with NIST, CMMC, and federal standards.
• Architect integrations with government and enterprise systems.
• Lead cloud governance, automation, performance optimization, and monitoring.
• Deploy, configure, and manage core Azure services,including Azure AI Services, Azure App Services, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Virtual Networks, API Management, and related PaaS components.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance on cloud strategy and solution design.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Azure or AWS certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of strong cloud architecture and infrastructure design experience.
• Experience applying federal security standards (NIST 800‑53, CMMC, FedRAMP).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud networking, identity, security controls, and automation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
