Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Service Sales Rep to join our team. Our Company specializes in the distribution of home-care appliances and equipment. This position offers advancement opportunities within the company. This is a face-to-face customer sales rep position. This position is full-time and will be available as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving service issues related to our in-home care appliances and equipment.
• Monitor and promptly respond to customer requests in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Educate clients on how to properly use our equipment and answer general product-related questions.
• Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude while representing the company.
• Aim to complete a minimum of 12 appointments per week to qualify for base pay.
• Earn additional commissions for sales beyond the weekly appointment target.
• Take advantage of exclusive incentives not offered by other companies.

Salary:

• $750 Base pay + Commission, Incentives, & Bonuses
