In accordance with strict ISO 9001 standards, Leister Technologies develops and manufactures automatic welders and welding machines that are used to weld thermoplastic membranes on roofs, landfills, tunnels, truck tarpaulins and shading systems.

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Manager to join our dynamic team. This position acts as a strategic interface between business and IT and encompasses comprehensive hardware support as well as SAP & Cloud Platforms management to ensure seamless integration and performance across the SAP landscape (SAP byDesign), and the Microsoft Cloud platform (Microsoft 365).

Primary Responsibilities

Hardware Expertise and Management

• Maintains, installs, and upgrades computer and peripheral equipment. Identifies requirements for new or replacement hardware and systems, prioritizing compatibility and future proofing.
• Delivers extensive hardware support, including troubleshooting and resolving office hardware and peripheral issues.
• Manages company’s cellular phone systems and company mobile plan, including device setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.

General IT & Cloud Operations

• Ensures stable and resilient operations of critical IT services.
• Handles the onboarding of new employees, (IT setup, access models, security).
• Responsible for IT security, identify and access management, and data protection in close alignment with headquarters’ IT group.
• Management and governance of external partners and service providers.
• Helps with software, hardware, and connectivity issues; and imparts training on new or modified equipment and programs.

SAP By Design

• Analyzes business processes and translates requirements into SAP solutions.
• Configures, customizes, and implements SAP modules.
• Supports SAP rollouts, upgrades, and systems integrations.
• Troubleshoots issues and proposes continuous improvements to SAP processes.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders, external implementation partners, and SAP service providers.
• Ensures continuous optimization of SAP processes with a focus on efficiency, standardization, and best practices.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware troubleshooting methods
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP by Design
• Experience with SAP implementation or rollout projects
• Ability to work with minimal direction
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience effectively
• Strong analytical skills to identify and solve user needs
• Demonstrated troubleshooting proficiency in both hardware and software
