Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $66,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Analyze security and loss control data to identify trends and recommend operational improvements
- Monitor incident reporting and review the Workplace Violence Program to detect patterns and potential risks
- Manage access control systems, including badge support, guard coordination, and reporting on access trends
- Serve as administrator for home office security systems including access control and CCTV, ensuring system integrity and functionality
- Provide analytical and operational support for corporate security, including event coordination, vendor vetting, and incident tracking
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience analyzing data, reporting trends, and making recommendations to improve operations across the enterprise
- Expertise in data analysis, presentation, and framing recommendations for decision makers
- Knowledge of Excel and Word required
- Knowledge of software programs for access control systems; ability to capture and back up incidents for investigation is prefered but not required
- Experience monitoring policy compliance is a plus
