The Sr. Software Development Manager is responsible for, and has authority over, all activities of the Software Development Department, including but not limited to: department budget, department goals and objectives, new software development, new feature development for existing software, bug fixes, and software project planning and management.

The Sr. Software Development Manager is also responsible for, and has authority over, the professional development of all subordinate staff.

Successful candidate:

· Must possess an understanding of relational database design and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as an understanding of standard and web interface design and implementation.

· Must have a strong independent work ethic and demonstrate the ability to take ownership of projects and systems and push them to completion.

· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with colleagues, customers, and other project stakeholders.

Perform Air executives may assign additional responsibilities to this position, as needed, at any time. This position may also require travel, at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.

BS or BA degree in a related technical discipline required. 5-10 years relevant experience in a corporate environment writing or testing code.

Salaried position. Pay $90-110K annually. DOE
